Mr. Arturo J. Fronda will continue to serve as the District Representative of Odiongan–Ferrol. In today’s concluded election for the BOD seat, the member-consumer-owners (MCOs) have re-elected Mr. Fronda.
The proclamation was led by the District Election Committee composed of DECOM Chairman – Mr. Dario M. Manato, DECOM Member — Ms. Leila F. Fradejas, DECOM Member — Ms. Nannie F. Masangcay.
As per Calatrava District Election Ms. Luningning M. Mantes will serve as the District Representative of Calatrava. In September 28, 2025 concluded election, she won uncontested and was officially proclaimed by the District Election Committee.

This marks Mr. Fronda’s next term, and marks Ms. Mantes’ first term, during which she will serve the Cooperative for the next three years, from 2025 to 2028.
Every member-consumer-owner (MCO) of the Cooperative has a vital role, right, and responsibility in the organization, being its highest governing body. Our gratitude goes to all MCOs who participated and supported the election.
