TIELCO Shines in MIMAROPA Regional Rodeo Linemen’s Competition | February 3, 2025
LOOK: A welcome program was held today after the Monday flag ceremony to honor the nine-man contingent from TIELCO who participated in the MIMAROPA Regional Rodeo Linemen’s Competition held at the ORMECO Linemen’s Training Academy in Calapan City on January 30-31, 2025. The competition saw participation from electric cooperatives including ORMECO, OMECO, PALECO, MARELCO, BISELCO, TIELCO, and ROMELCO.
The event featured six major competitions, and at the conclusion of the event, ORMECO emerged as the overall RODEO Champion, followed by PALECO as First Runner-Up, and TIELCO proudly secured the 2nd Runner-Up position.
TIELCO’s group earned recognition with 1st Runner-Up awards in the Spineboard Bandaging competition and Conductor Riding Relay Competition, while also taking 2nd Runner-Up in the Pole Undressing Group Competition.
Plaques of Recognition were awarded for each of TIELCO’s victories, along with an overall cash prize.
