TIELCO proudly participated in the “Lakad-Takbo Power Love on the Run: Adventure to Power-Up and Energize the Countryside,” an event organized in partnership with PHILRECA and APEC. The event brought together a hundred enthusiastic participants, including TIELCO employees and their loved ones, for a day filled with fun, fitness, and camaraderie. The activity aimed to promote not just physical well-being but also the shared mission of powering up and energizing communities across the countryside.
The 3-kilometer run turned out to be an enjoyable experience for everyone involved. The distance felt like a breeze as participants ran alongside colleagues, friends, and family members. Laughter and cheerful conversations filled the air, creating a lighthearted atmosphere despite the occasional rain. Even the drizzle couldn’t dampen the spirits of the runners, who pushed through and crossed the finish line with smiles on their faces. The sense of unity and shared purpose made the run all the more memorable.
After the run, participants gathered for a lively Zumba dance session, which kept the energy high and the fun going. The event concluded with a unique and meaningful gesture: forming a human APEC logo for a drone shot to commemorate the day. The aerial view of the participants standing together as one symbolized the collective effort and dedication of everyone involved. The successful event was a testament to the power of collaboration, resilience, and community spirit.
