Selected focal personnel of TIELCO incharge of the implementation of goverment subsidized electrification project like the Sitio Electrification Program attended the two day Accelerated Total Electrification Program Roll-Out held at

Ardenhills Suite, Scout Albano, QC. The roll out Program was attended by personnel of Electric Cooperatives in CALABARZON and MIMAROPA Regions. The TIELCO Team was headed by GM Dennis L. Alag who took opportunity to raise related concerns with TIELCO on the implementation of goverment funded projects in Tablas and Carabao Islands. One significant appeal was his request for the National Electrification Administration is for allocation of subsidy for damages incurred by TIELCO on its system during the flooding in Tablas Island that caused significant damaged to its distribution lines.

 

The discussion was spearheaded by officials of the Technical and Finance Departments of the National Electrification Administration. NEA Deputy Administrator Butch Silvano also graced the event
