First ever TIELCO’s Biggest Loser
In an effort to promote health and wellness among its employees, TIELCO launched its first-ever “Biggest Loser” challenge, which turned out to be a resounding success. The challenge aimed to encourage employees to adopt healthier lifestyles by engaging in a friendly competition to lose the most weight over a period of two months.

The program kicked off with an initial weigh-in, where participants’ weights were recorded. Each participant was provided with information by our Company Nurse Leo Gringo Alladin on how to lose weight safely. Weekly weigh-ins and progress tracking ensured participants stayed motivated and on track.

The challenge saw an impressive participation rate, with 26 employees signing up. Participants demonstrated remarkable dedication, having regular and adhering to their dietary plans. A sense of camaraderie developed as participants supported and encouraged each other throughout the journey.

TIELCO management headed by General Manager Dennis L. Alag played a crucial role in the success of the challenge. They provided cash incentives and certificates to all top losers.

At the end of the three-month challenge, participants collectively lost over 200 pounds. The top three “losers” achieved remarkable transformations:
