As part of TIELCOs Information and Education Campaign(IEC), representatives from its Finance Services Department, headed by Finance Manager Vivian O. Gaac and Tellering Staff Jerald Fradejas attended the regular session of the Sanguniang Bayan of the Municipality of San Jose to address queries on the high consumption of electricity experienced in the summer months and other operational concerns of the electric cooperatives.
