TIELCO held today April 3, 2023 the energization ceremony in Sitio Upper Hillside, Bgy. Gabawan, Odiongan after the completion of the construction of electrical lines in said sitio that was funded by the goverments Sitio Electrification Program with an allocated fund of more than Php 1.4 Million. Sitio Upper Hillside is the first completed sitio of the 16 sitios with fund allocation for CY 2022 for TIELCO.

The energization ceremony was graced by Hon. Natalio Beltran III, former Romblon Governor and concurrent Sanguniang Panlalawigan Member, Odiongan SB Member, Archt. Juvy Faderogaya, and Barangay Officials of Barangay Gabawan, Odiongan.

The sitio recepients was organized into a Sitio Power Association and the elected officials was also sworn in into office during the program proper.
