The most modern port terminal in the Province of Romblon was officially energized today. D’ Sail, a public port terminal owned and operated by the Municipal Goverment of San Agustin is a modern luxurious passenger terminal that is fully air conditioned and would cater to the convenience of passengers bound to Batangas, Lucena City, Caticlan and to the ports of Romblon and Sibuyan Islands.

TIELCO Special Metering Group installed the necessary electrical equipments that would cater to the electrical needs of the new terminal building on time for the summer rush of incoming visitors and tourist.
