A meeting was held today between the technical personnel of TIELCO and SUWECO Tablas Energy Corporation at Tablas Diesel Power Plant to discuss technical options in enhancing systems protection to lessen the magnitude of power interruptions in the event that line faults will occur. The meeting was conducted under the guidance of Engr. Joshua Fernandez, Technical Consultant both of TIELCO and STEC. The meeting aims to enhance the settings of installed protection system both of TIELCO and STEC so that in the event of line faults ,only the affected line will tripped off and will not cause a total blackout as previously experienced.
