Jakosalem , recently concluded its six (6) days official travel to Tablas Island Electric Cooperative for the purpose of conducting Pilot Testing and orientation with officers and technical staff of TIELCO and ROMELCO, the electric cooperatives in the Province of Romblon, on the updated template of the e-ICPM program and the identification of the program problem related to SPUG ECs concern before its full implementation and full release for Regional Worshops for Electric Cooperatives.
