As the saying goes ” Rural Electrification has no bounds or terrains too difficult to conquer” as reflected by the continuing efforts of the “Warriors of Lights” of TIELCO to implement the line extension to unenergized sitios using the allocated funds of the goverment thru the Sitio Electrification Program.
