The General Managers of the Association of Isolated Electric Cooperatives (AIEC) headed by its President Engr. Rene Fajilagutan, concurrent General Manager of ROMELCO, held this afternoon a Courtesy Visit and Dialouge with ERC Chairperson Atty. Monaliza Dimalanta at the ERC Boardroom in Ortigas Pasig to apprize the hardworking ERC Chair with various concerns affecting the electric cooperatives in the islands. Major concerns was presented by GM Rene Fajilagutan, AIEC President, Cong. Sergio Dagooc of APEC Partylist and PHILRECA GM Atty. Janine Depay Colingan, in behalf of the island ECs while ECs particular concerns was raised by some General Managers. TIELCO General Manager, Dennis L. Alag joined in the deliberation raising general and specific concerns of the ECs.

Earlier today, the AIEC General Managers meet in a meeting at the office of REFC to decide on the topics to be discussed with the ERC Chair.

The meeting was quite productive as the ERC Chair took notes of all concerns that was tackled.
