Personnel of the Institutional Services Department (ISD) of TIELCO headed by its ISD Manager, Luvisminda G. Zantua and Member Education Section Head, Edison Baniago Jr. initially undertook orientation meetings with recepients of the 2022 Sitio Electrification Projects in Tablas Island. At the same time, organization of the sitio recepients into Sitio Power Associations were undertaken to guarantee sustainablity of the goverment allocated projects to assure participation of the sitio recepients in the protection of the line assets in their respective area.
