Personnel of the Institutional Services Department represented by Consumer Services Division Chief, Engr. Wenzyl Dela Vega together with BAPA/Power Use Officer Beverly Gabinete, conducted series of educational meetings to Officers and members of the operational Barangay Power Associations in the island Municipality of San Jose. The meetings are part of the continuing Membership Education Program of TIELCO aimed in providing the MCOs with latest updates and programs of the Rural Electrification Program.
