The National Electrification Administration (NEA) congratulated Atty. Raphael Perpetuo M. Lotilla on his appointment as the Secretary of the Department of Energy (DOE). NEA is certain that the leadership of Secretary Lotilla will achieve new landmarks in nation building.
Sec. Lotilla is confident that with the synergy of private investors, the government and other stakeholders in the energy industry, he casts no doubt to deliver total electrification of the country.
“As we face the opportunities and challenges in energizing the rest of the underserved areas of the country, I am counting on the NEA to be our committed partner in realizing the Government’s vision of total electrification of the country,” the Secretary of Energy highlighted in his letter to the National Electrification Administration.
