As part of TIELCOs continuing Information and Education (IEC) Program, three (3) IEC simultaneous activities was initiated in BAPA Upper Lindero , in San Jose, Romblon conducted by Beverly Gabinete, Power Use and BAPA Officer and BAPA Pangulo 1 and 1B, undertaken by Edison Baniago Jr., Myrtle Alagon and Kristel Balleras, Member Education Section Head, BAPA/ Power Use Section Head, and Consumer Records Officer respectively.

The information program is part of TIELCOs year round campaign to educate Member-consumers-owners of their rights and obligations as MCOs and provide updates relative to the plans and programs initiated by TIELCO, NEA , DOE and PHILRECA.
