An upgrade activity was just conducted on June 08, 2021 at San Andres (Smart) by the Tielco Metering Crew spearheaded by Engr. Felix D. Panoy (Materials and Equipment Chief) and Jonicel E.Pablo  (Special Equipment Section Head).

The team was also joined by our Tielco technicians: Jaypee Tambalque, Dennis Galindez, Joseph R. Marquez, and Ranielo B. Javier.
