As of 3:00 pm today, power supply to 42% of the barangays covered were restored and 49% of the connected consumers. Of these, only portion of Odiongan, Calatrava, San Agustin, Sta. Maria and 100% of San Andres municipalities was re-energized. Efforts are being exerted by joint technical teams of TIELCO to restore the other areas, however, with the flooded areas that remains unpassable especially Feeder 4 that supplies power to the towns of Looc, Ferrol, Sta Fe and portion of Alcantara, the restoration effort are currently delayed.

Areas that remains submerge to deep water floods, especially those houses whose kilowatt-hour meters and convenience outlets was flooded, will temporarily be isolated until water level subsides.
