A line fault was detected few minutes ago by recloser system along line 1 of Feeder 4 affecting the line section between Guinhayaan, Looc to Sta.Fe endline causing blackout in the area. 

As of this report, line fault detection is being undertaken by the Service Crew of Guinhayaan, Looc to restore electric service to the affected area.
