A total of 27 TIELCO frontliners composed mainly of meter readers/collectors, tellers, linemen, technicians, frontline desk officers, health and security personnel were subjected to Rapid Antigen Test by the Rural Health Units of the Municipality of Odiongan testing 18 of the personnel, 8 test conducted by RHU Looc and 1 test conducted by RHU Alcantara. All test results were negative.

The mass testing of the frontliners was undertaken to protect the well-being of the employees and their family members and more importantly of the Member-Consumers-Owners of TIELCO which these front liners are transacting regularly. The management decision for the testing was reached due to the growing cases of COVID-19 contamination in two municipalities in TIELCO’s coverage area.
