The Tablas Island Electric Cooperative, Inc. (TIELCO)  construction team is currently implementing the ERC Approved Capital Expenditure Plan to rehabilitate  its network assets to ascertain that its distribution network are built back better to address service efficiency and  resiliency to natural calamities.
