Due to the ongoing pandemic issue globally, Philreca’s 41st annual general membership meeting and ceremony was held virtually (via Zoom) among the 121 electric cooperatives nationwide. Receiving the award are the Board of Directors and Management staff of TIELCO and witnessed by its employees.
